The knife handle is made from food grade polypropylene with the outer over moulded using high quality imported thermplast elastomer for excellent grip and comfort in use.
Application: Designed for accuratley and effortlessly slicing & dicing of tomatoes. May be used for chopping other items such as herbs, leafy vegetables as well as for soft fruits.
